What is a phonogram?
A phonogram is a letter or group of letters that stands for one sound in a word — like igh in night or ea in each. English uses 70 of them, and once a child can see and hear them, every word becomes decodable.

Word Climb

Does Phonogram Fun work offline?
Mostly, yes. The phonogram chart, flash cards, built-in lists, phonics check papers and Word Climb on lists you've already saved all work offline. Scanning a new list and generating a new story need an internet connection, because they use an online service to read the photo and write the story. Photos are sent only to pull out the words and are not stored.
